EcoEquipJoining & processing equipment
As with all best-practice methods, doing the simple things well is the key to success. EcoEquip offers a wide range of equipment and accessories designed to improve belt splicing operations — improving splice quality and reducing the time taken to make joints, while improving safety.

Precision splicing technology for thermoplastic conveyor belts
A state-of-the-art splice press designed for the professional splicing of thermoplastic conveyor belts, including PVC and polyurethane.
Engineered to deliver precise, consistent and repeatable splice results, it combines advanced electronic controls, programmable splice settings, independent heating, controlled pressure and forced-air cooling in one versatile and robust system.
Whether used for new belt installation, routine maintenance or belt repair, it provides the control and consistency required to produce high-quality thermoplastic belt splices.
Every press is supplied with purpose-designed Enhancement Pads — an additional layer of protection and performance between the heating platens and the belt.

Repair damage to belt beading, on site
The curved belt repair kit is used to repair damage to the beading on curved belts. Each bead type has a corresponding mould, so the repair matches the original profile.
Supplied in a protective carry case, ready to take to the conveyor.

Clean, consistent ply separation — the critical first step
A precision tool designed to separate the plies of a conveyor belt — a critical step in preparing belts for AnnStuMax™ splicing. Engineered for efficiency, accuracy and ease of use, it delivers clean and consistent ply separation even when working with challenging materials.
Clean, accurate ply separation for the best possible splice every time.
High-quality components for reliable performance in demanding workshop and on-site environments.
Reduces preparation time and improves consistency, so splicing work is completed faster.
A user-friendly design makes operation straightforward, with minimal training required.

Mobile belt punching system — faster, safer and more accurate belt preparation
Finger punching is a major area for error, and the accuracy of the finger cutting is critical to belt performance and therefore lifespan.
The ECO MFP is a mobile punching system for preparing polyurethane and PVC conveyor belts for endless splicing. It provides fast, accurate and consistent punching while reducing operator effort and improving workplace safety — in the workshop or on site.
Reduce belt preparation time and improve productivity.
Clean, consistent punches for reliable splice preparation.
Less need for forceful manual punching, hammering and chiselling.
The lever-operated design makes punching easier and helps minimise fatigue.
Take the ECO MFP directly to the conveyor for field servicing.
The ECO MFP supports a range of belt preparation configurations:
A selection of punchboard configurations is available to suit different belt and splice requirements.
| Model | Length | Height | Width | Weight |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| ECO MFP 300 | 570 mm | 370 mm | 360 mm | 17 kg |
| ECO MFP 600 | 870 mm | 370 mm | 360 mm | 21 kg |
| ECO MFP 900 | 1170 mm | 370 mm | 360 mm | 24.5 kg |
| ECO MFP 1500 | 1880 mm | 370 mm | 400 mm | 41.1 kg |

Greater stability. Greater accuracy. Safer belt cutting.
Engineered to keep the belt securely positioned during cutting, preventing the unwanted movement that leads to cutting errors, inaccurate measurements and potential injuries.

Greater stability. Greater accuracy. Safer belt cutting.
The cutting board fits securely over the press lower platen with enough movement to slide along. Combined with the Safety Rule — whose grips and wide base make a stable cutting platform — the blade shield protects the user throughout.

Safer handling of belt, from cut to conveyor
The dollies aid the safe and ergonomic wind-up of belts being cut to length, and their safe transport to the conveyor site.

Match the splice to the rest of the belt
It can be critical to impart the same surface texture to the splice area as the rest of the belt’s top cover. This matters especially for matt top-cover belts — changing the splice area to gloss with the wrong mat can cause ejections from the belt surface.
A major cost to a business, in both man-hours and belt replacement.

The first fundamental objective of belt fitting is to fit a straight belt
The Belt Alignment Tool has been specifically designed to eliminate the fitting of belts with a “dog-leg” — the single most common cause of belt tracking issues.
A major cost to a business, in both man-hours and belt replacement.
Constant adverse loading of tension as the belt drifts side to side.
The belt wanders across the structure from one side to the other.
Splice fingers separate, magnifying the tracking effect further.
Stresses bearings and increases the amps pulled by the drive motor.

Protect the press. Improve heat transfer. Simplify setup.
The Enhancement Pads protect the heating platens while providing a clean, durable and easy-to-maintain working surface. They help reduce the build-up of carbon and residue on the platens, supporting cleaner operation and consistent heating performance over time.
They also assist the distribution of thermal energy from the platens to the belt, promoting more even heat transfer across the splice area and supporting consistent, repeatable results.
For improved setup accuracy, the bottom pad carries clearly defined reference lines — a quick visual guide for positioning fingers, foils, embossing mats and other splicing components, with less setup time.
Helps protect the heating platens from contamination, residue and damage during splicing.
A practical working surface that is easy to clean and maintain.
Helps minimise the accumulation of carbon and residue on the platens.
Assists thermal conductivity and more even heat distribution to the belt.
Integrated reference lines give a quick visual guide for placement.
Supports consistent setup and more repeatable results from one belt to the next.
